By booking or receiving services from Lashed by Ryah, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments & Cancellations

​

All appointments must be booked in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.  Deposits are non-refundable; however, you can reschedule your appointment to another time convenient for both.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time to your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling and may result in a late fee or forfeited deposit.

Deposits & Payments

All services will require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your service total. Full payment is due at the time of service.

Service Results

Results may vary based on natural lashes, aftercare, and individual factors. Lashed by Ryah does not guarantee the lifespan of lash extensions.

​

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, eye conditions, infections, or sensitivities before the appointment. Lashed by Ryah is not responsible for issues resulting from undisclosed conditions or improper aftercare.

​

Aftercare

Proper lash aftercare is required to maintain your extensions. Lashed by Ryah is not responsible for premature lash loss due to improper care, excessive rubbing, oil-based products, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your lashes, please contact Lashed by Ryah within 48 hours of your appointment so adjustments can be evaluated.

Personal Belongings

Lashed by Ryah is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items brought into the studio.

​

Right to Refuse Service

Lashed by Ryah reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or violation of these terms.
